ELECTRONIC RECORDKEEPING SERVICES SOFTWARE

The cost of the CreditUnion2000 software, including data conversion, training, installation and all STANDARD FEATURES and OPTIONAL FEATURES is based upon the credit union's number of members.

Ongoing expense would consist of an Annual License Fee of 80¢ per member due each January, and an Ashell support fee of $200 per year. Monthly share draft data transmission cost would be less than $100. Realtime ATM and VISA may result in similar monthly transmission costs.

 

BRANCHSOFT TECHNOLOGIES 'PERFECT TELLER'

The 'PerfectTeller' Home Banking software is purchased at a one time cost of $5995. You would also need to purchase an internet firewall router at a cost of approximately $500-$1000.
 

Ongoing expense would consist of a monthly service charge with a maximum of $100 (based upon access volume) and, of course, the cost of your Internet Service Provider and a DSL line.

 
 
 

HARDWARE

You are responsible for providing Windows compatible PCs and printers to be used on our system. These PCs must be set up on a standard PC network prior to our system installation. Often your existing equipment can be used. If you do not currently have a sufficient number of PCs on a network you can contract locally for that service. 

You will also be purchasing an IBM (or other compatible) PC to be used as a Linux based file server on our system. This cost can range from $3200 to $8000, depending upon the features and speed you wish to purchase. This file server should include an internal modem and DVD RAM backup drive. 
 

If you don't currently have a good Battery Backup System, you can also purchase that locally for approximately $600-$1300.
