IMPLEMENTATION TIMETABLE


Should you decide to purchase our system, the following is a typical timetable :
 
 

Sign Contract 

* At this time you would pay a deposit equal to 25% of the CreditUnion2000 System expense.
 
 

Approximately two months before conversion
 

* You will provide ERS with a trial run of your deconversion information.
 

* Purchase your Linux based PC File Server
 

* Establish ISP and phone lines for Home Banking and Realtime ATM and Sybil (if applicable)
 

* Arrange for ACH, Share Draft and ATM switch over
 

* If you do not currently have PC's and printers on a standard network to be used as terminals on our system, make the necessary arrangements with a local vendor to have this done prior to your conversion date.
 

* ERS will install a computer at your location with a practice credit union data base and provide 8 hours onsite training. This database will be the first trial conversion of your own member data, allowing you to practice by entering your daily transactions, balancing cash drawers, etc.
 


Approximately one week before conversion

* Second trial data conversion run hopefully, with all bugs reported from the first trial conversion corrected
 


At the Beginning of the conversion Quarter

* Complete the installation & convert live data. E.R.S. provides 32 additional hours of in-house

training after conversion
 


Pay the remaining 75% of the system investment

* Once your Credit Union is up to date and processing 'real time' on our computer system


* NOTE: Normally Credit Union conversions are performed at quarter-ends after dividends are posted by your previous system. (Month-end conversions can only be done if all of your dividends are paid monthly, and have been paid thru the month-end of conversion date.)

* Warning: Please check any current data processing contracts and verify compliance with all contract termination clauses.
