• 'SYBIL' VOICE RESPONSE SYSTEM allows your members to access their account via telephone. They can check transaction history, perform transfer funds between from one share type to another, and make loan payments on their account, or transfer to shares or loans on another account number. Visa payments can also be deducted from specified share types.
• 'PERFECT TELLER' HOME BANKING SYSTEM allows your members to access their account using their home computer. They can view and print their account history, share draft copies and statements as well as perform real-time transactions such as transfers, loan payments and visa payments 24 hours per day. They also have the option of transferring funds to another member account.
• Full REMOTE BRANCH OPERATION capability
• ATM/DEBIT CARD PROCESSING SOFTWARE allows you to process ATM/Debit Card transactions to your member accounts.
• SHARED BRANCH SOFTWARE allows you to participate in the 'Credit Union Service Center' shared branch program.
