Hardware and Installation Information.

CreditUnion2000 Runs on standard hardware that is readily available. We have excellent installers that can advise you on the exact specifications that you will need for your install.

The cost of the CreditUnion2000 system including Data Conversion, Training, Installation, all Standard Features. and Optional Features are based upon the Credit Union's number of members.

In addition to the initial installation cost of the CreditUnion2000 system, there are ongoing expenses which consist of an Annual License fee due each january, and an Ashell Support fee. Monthly share draft data transmission costs, Realtime ATM, Visa, and statement processing fees will also apply. The costs associated with CreditUnion2000 is well below our competitor systems with the same features available.

OPTIONAL FEATURES

Optional features available include Sybil, our Voice Response System for Telephone Banking, as well as Perfect Teller, our Home Banking Product. Additional Charges for adding these features will apply.

OPERATING ENVIRONEMENT

You are responsible for providing Windows PCs and printers to be used to be used to access our system. These PCs must be set up on a standard PC network prior to our system installation. Often your existing equipment can be used. If you do not currently have a sufficient number of PCs on a network they can be purchased through our installers.

You will also be purchasing a server and battery backup unit for the intallation of our Linux based CreditUnion2000. Click here for an example of our recommended hardware requirements.

IMPLEMENTATION TIMETABLE

the following is a typical timetable for installation of your new CreditUnion2000 system.

Sign Contract

At this time you would pay a deposit equal to 25% of the CreditUnion2000 System expense.

Approximately two months before conversion:

You will provide ERS with a trial run of your deconversion information.
Purchase your Server.
Establish ISP and phone lines for Home Banking and Realtime ATM and Sybi.l (if applicable)
Arrange for ACH, Share Draft, and ATM switch over.
If you do not currently have PC's and Printers on a standard network to be used as terminals on our system, make the necessary arrangements with our installer to have this done prior to your conversion date.
ERS will install a computer at your location with a practice credit union database and provide 8 hours onsite training. This database will be first trial conversion of your own member data, allowing you to practice by entering your daily transactions, balancing cash drawers, etc.

Approximately one week before conversion

Second trial data conversion run hopefully, with all bugs reported from the first trial conversion corrected.

At the Beginning of the conversion Quarter

Complete the installation & convert live data. E.R.S. provides 32 additional hours of in-house training after conversion

Upon Completion of Conversion

Pay the remaining 75% of the system investment

* NOTE: Normally Credit Union conversions are performed at quarter-ends after dividends are posted by your previous system. (Month-end conversions can only be done if all of your dividends are paid monthly, and have been paid thru the month-end of conversion date.)
