SHARES TRANSFER

ON SAME ACCOUNT NUMBER

 

 

1.     Enter the account number of the member. 

 

2.     Press 'HOME' to lock in the account.

 

3.     Use the Up Arrow to highlight 'Share-Withdrawal/Fees'.

 

4.     Press 'HOME' or 'ENTER' to choose.

 

5.     Enter the share type you wish to transfer the funds from.   DO NOT PRESS ENTER.

 

6.     Use the Down Arrow to highlight 'Share Withdrawal-Transfer'. 

 

7.     Press 'HOME' or 'ENTER'.

 

8.     In the 'Enter Transaction (Dollar) Amount' field, type the amount to be transferred and press 'ENTER'.

 

9.     Enter the share type the funds are to be transferred to.  DO NOT PRESS ENTER.

 

10.   Press 'F11' to view the voucher.

 

11.     Enter your Teller Password.

 

12.   If this is the last transaction for this member, press 'F9' to print the voucher.

 

If there are more transactions to be done, press 'ESC' and continue with the voucher.

1.     Enter the account number of the member. 

 

2.     Press 'HOME' to lock in the account.

 

3.     Use the Up Arrow to highlight 'Share-Deposits'.

 

4.     Press 'HOME' or 'ENTER' to choose.

 

5.     Enter the share type you wish to transfer the funds to.   DO NOT PRESS ENTER.

 

6.     Use the Down Arrow to highlight 'Share Deposit-Transfer'. 

 

7.      Press 'HOME' or 'ENTER' to choose.

 

8.     Enter the amount to be transferred and press 'ENTER'.

9.     Enter the share type the funds are to be transferred from.  DO NOT PRESS ENTER.

 

10.   Press 'F11' to view the voucher

 

11.   Enter your Teller Password.

 

12.   If this is the last transaction for this member, press 'F9' to print the voucher. 

 

If there are more transactions to be done, press 'ESC' and continue with the voucher.
