TRANSFER LOAN PAYMENTS

ON SAME ACCOUNT NUMBER

 

 

1.            Enter the account number of the member. 

 

2.      Press 'HOME' to lock in the account.

 

3.      Use the Up Arrow to highlight 'Share-Withdrawal/Fees'.

 

4.      Press 'HOME' to choose.

 

5.      Enter the share type you wish to transfer the funds from.   DO NOT PRESS ENTER.

 

6.      Use the Down Arrow to highlight transaction code 047  'Share Transfer to Loans' and press 'ENTER'. 

 

7.      Press 'HOME'.

 

8.      Enter the amount to be transferred.

 

9.      Enter the LOAN NOTE NUMBER you are making payment to and press 'ENTER'.

 

10.    Press 'F11'

 

11.    Enter your Teller Password.

 

12.    If this is the last transaction you are doing for this member, press 'F9' to print the voucher. 

 

If you have other transactions to do, press 'ESC' to continue.

1.      Enter the account number of the member. 

 

2.      Press 'HOME' to lock in the account.

 

3.      Use the Up Arrow to highlight 'Loan-Payments/Charges'.

 

4.      Press 'HOME' to choose.

 

5.      Enter the LOAN NOTE NUMBER you wish to make payment to and press 'ENTER'.

 

6.      Use the Down Arrow to highlight transaction code 042 'Payment From Shares'  and press           'ENTER'. 

 

7.      Press 'HOME'.

 

8.      Enter the amount to be transferred.

9.      Enter the share type the funds are to be transferred from.

 

10.    Press 'F11'

 

11.    Enter your Teller Password.

 

12.    If this is the last transaction you are doing for this member, press 'F9' to print the voucher.
