TRANSFER LOAN PAYMENTS

FROM ONE ACCOUNT TO ANOTHER

 

 

1.      Enter the account number of the member the funds are to be taken from. 

 

2.      Press 'HOME' to lock in the account.

 

3.      Use the Up Arrow to highlight 'Share-Withdrawal/Fees'.

 

4.      Press 'HOME' to choose.

 

5.      Enter the share type you wish to transfer the funds from.   DO NOT PRESS ENTER.

 

6.      Use the Down Arrow to highlight transaction code 047  'Share Transfer to Loans' and press        'ENTER'. 

 

7.      Press 'HOME'.

 

8.      Enter the amount to be transferred.

 

9.      At the 'Optional!  Enter Desired Note Number' field, press 'ESC'.

 

10.    Press 'F11'

 

11.    Enter your Teller Password.

 

12.    Press 'ESC'.

 

13.    Press 'ESC' again.

 

14.    Press 'F4' to clear the screen.

 

15     Enter the account number of the member whose loan payment is to be made. 

 

16.    Press 'HOME' to lock in the account.

 

17.    Use the Up Arrow to highlight 'Loan-Payments/Charges'.

 

18.    Press 'HOME' to choose.

 

19.    Enter the LOAN NOTE NUMBER you wish to transfer the funds to and press 'ENTER'.

 

20.  Use the Down Arrow to highlight 'Payment From Shares'. 

 

21.  Press 'HOME'.

 

22.  Press the 'F3' key to pull in the amount, or enter the amount to be transferred

 

23.    At the 'Optional!  Transfer Payment FROM Share Type' field, press 'ENTER' and the default will be 'N' (none).

 

24.        Press 'F11'

 

25.        Enter your Teller Password.

 

26.        If this is the last transaction for this member, press 'F9' to print the voucher.

 

If there are more transactions to be done, press 'ESC' and continue with the voucher.
