ACCESSING A MEMBER ACCOUNT

 

 

SEARCHING FOR AN ACCOUNT:

               The following fields can be used to search for an existing account.

 

               Enter as much of the information as you know in the appropriate field.

 

The first account that meets the criteria you input will be displayed.

 

Pressing the 'ENTER' key will scroll through the accounts in order according to

the information you have entered.

 

When the correct account is displayed, press the 'HOME' key to select that

account and lock it in for posting.

 

SEARCH FIELDS:

You can search for an account using any of the following fields:

 

  1.      ACCOUNT NUMBER:  Enter the account number in this field.  You can also search for an account by entering as much of the account number and using the search as described above.

 

  2.      MEMBER‑NAME: Enter the member's name in this field, last name, comma, first name, space, middle initial.  (Jones, John Pruitt J).  If you don't know the full name, enter the portion of the name that you know and use the search feature listed above.

 

  3.          SOC‑SEC‑NUM: To search for an existing account, enter the member's social

      security number in this field.  If you do not know the entire number, enter the portion

      that you know and use the search feature listed above.

 

4.      PAYROLL‑KEY: To search for an existing account by payroll group and sequence enter the appropriate information in this field.  If you do not know the entire sequence number, enter the portion that you know, and use the search feature listed above.
