Credit unions on the Linux system are billed an annual license fee by MicroSabio. This fee is typically around $200 (based upon the number of terminals), and will be added to your ERS invoice the month that MicroSabio bills ERS. This will typically be the anniversary date of your original Ashell license purchase.

Statement Folding

ERS has been contracting with A1 Mailing Services, Inc (owned by Sammy) for all statement folding since 2003. Due to the increased cost of shipping, beginning with your January statements, the cost of having your statements folded and shipped to you will increase from .01 to .02 per page. This service will be billed to you separately by A1 Mailing, and will not appear on your ERS invoice.

Online Bill Pay Service

Branchsoft Technologies (John Pruitt) has reached an agreement with iPay, an online bill pay service, to offer reduced rates to ERS customers. This service allows members to arrange to have any bill automatically deducted from their share account at the credit union on a regular basis. To provide this service to your members, the credit union should contact iPay at 866-851-4729 and speak to Linda Utley x432 or Dave Karcher x490 and tell them you are an ERS customer. There are several payment options available and they will be happy to explain those to you. Once signed up for this service you can provide your members with a link specifically for your credit union’s members to the iPay service. Bills that are paid using this service will come to the credit union as a separate ACH batch and posted to the accounts just like any other ACH. There is no cost from ERS or Branchsoft Technologies for this service.

Transaction Code Spreadsheet

We have developed an Excel spreadsheet that lists all of the transaction codes on the system, the programs where they are used, the share types affected, and the General Ledger defaults for each one. You can download this list from our Linux website at linux.ers2000.com

If you do not use Excel, you can also download an Excel Viewer program from the same site, that will allow you to see the file, but not make any additions or changes.
